Subject: BS: Sex with Bea From: 3refs Date: 13 Jul 09 - 01:00 PM Some of you may find this a little offensive(no, a lot), but if you know who Nikki Payne is(Halifax and Montreal comedy fests)you'll understand. For those who don't, this young gal is from the east coast of Canada and she is just a riot! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PebDCDDWVWA |

Subject: RE: BS: Sex with Bea From: Bill D Date: 13 Jul 09 - 01:48 PM a riot, huh? I guess I had part of my funny DNA affected by cosmic rays when I was young. (I never cared for Andrew Dice Clay, either...) |

Subject: RE: BS: Sex with Bea From: gnu Date: 13 Jul 09 - 02:35 PM I could not resist... had to watch it right away. My cheeks are sore! I am sucking for air through the laughter! BEYOND offensive, but THAT is Nikki.... she's a treasure! |

Subject: RE: BS: Sex with Bea From: Newport Boy Date: 13 Jul 09 - 03:57 PM It might be amusing for youngsters, who think their parents never have sex. All my friends in the 65-85 range do, so for us the 'joke' is a non-starter. Phil |

Subject: RE: BS: Sex with Bea From: gnu Date: 13 Jul 09 - 04:30 PM Hmmm... it's a parody on a well known Canuck sex teacher who has done a call in show for years (and helped a LOT of peeps... been on Conan and Leno and Fergusson and...). Perhaps that is why you find it offensive? Not knowing the character lampooned in an odd way? |

Subject: RE: BS: Sex with Bea From: Newport Boy Date: 13 Jul 09 - 04:57 PM I'm not in the least offended - just commenting that the basis of the joke - and I wasn't aware it was a parody on anyone - doesn't raise even a weak grin for me. I must admit I didn't watch more than a minute or so, but I didn't see anything other than the standard jokes about age. I think satire needs to be a lot more original than this. Anyway, I'm content that it gives pleasure to some. Phil |

Subject: RE: BS: Sex with Bea From: gnu Date: 13 Jul 09 - 05:39 PM Cool... I thought the jokes were almost all about sex and sex shows. Jokes about age bother me. Oh well, whatever. I'll live.... and laff... a while longer I hope. |

Subject: RE: BS: Sex with Bea From: Little Hawk Date: 14 Jul 09 - 01:02 PM (sigh) Well, I know who it's a parody of. Moderately funny, I guess. Now, where was I...? |

Subject: RE: BS: Sex with Bea From: haddocker Date: 15 Jul 09 - 12:20 AM It is lewd and gross, but it's FUNNY. It's also somewhat insulting to elderly folks, especialy if they have Parkinson's which she appears to have. But again, she's hilarious! H |
