the time slip/shift/warp/ discrepancy puts multi/inter/poly nationals at a disadvantage to each other.

here am i typing away in the early hours of thursday 12 sept morning[it's 02.47am by my clock]& no doubt it's the same time in other uk provinces & ROI,IOM,+CI.

our fiends to the west in usa will be about 8 hrs behind, so it'll be round 7pm'ish on wed 11 sept.

other than w.europe, where it's same as uk or +/- one hour, the further east any mc's are it's later on thursday.

the gist of this preamble is, what's the best time we can all get together for a chat/discushion about anything?

Speaking as a fiend in the west (DO watch those typo's! *G*), all I can say is, THAT'S WHAT THREADS ARE FOR. You leave your message and give it time to sprout, and then come back and see what's popped up. In the meantime: sleep, have something to eat, play some music, live your life. Other than that if you want to exchange PMs with someone in rapid-fire/realtime mode, unless they are in your timezone you have to make an appointment with them.

some days it gets busy at one time, some days it gets busy at another. It depends I think to some extent on who is logged on and what the topics of discussion are.

That's one of the great things about this site! There's always someone posting whatever time of day or night. On my regular nocturnal visits (I'm a bit of an insomniac) this place is always buzzing!

Or, what you do is do a search on a member's posts and see what time of day they usually post. Then you arrange to get into alignment.
