$1 Trillion dollars in festivals, re-opened pubs, house concerts and the House of the Setting Sun. Life would be good.

Probably all the fees charged by the 'time efficient' bureaucrats, so by the time it gets into the people whom it was intended for, it will have been gobbled up by 'administrative fees'!...oh, and pay-offs!
