Here I sit in Logan airport waiting to board my flight to Reykjavik, don;t suppose Skarpi will be there to buy me a drink again while I wait for my connection, as it will be abot 06-30 and dark.
Enjoyed my stay and met so many lovely people, thanks to you all, see you next year god willing.

Reykjavik? Gosh. That seems a bit out of the way when flying from Boston. Talk about your Great Circle Route! Hope you don't, er, ah, didn't get too jet-lagged. A good brekky of kippers and eggs will get ya goin... along with that drink.

Well I'm home now, and I can't deny that it is great to be back, I feel like paraphrasing Martin Luther King, so I will.

I really did enjoy my visit, and it would be impossible to thank you all individually, plus I'd be sure to leave someone out and thereby offend them unintentionally, so it remains a blanket thank you to you all for being so wonderful and so welcoming to this aging Scotsman.
I will blot my copy book a little by singling out Snoozing Max Spiegel without whom it would not have been possible. So here's lookin' at you Max, and love to Emily and Lily.
