Are ALL folkies bad at math? Or just those who cluster around Little Hawk?

Bad at math? Are you implying that I'm bad at math??? Why, I pretty much invented mathematics!

Right now I'm working on the problem of odd weird numbers (a natural number that is abundant but not semiperfect, or in other words, the sum of the proper divisors (divisors including 1 but not itself) of the number is greater than the number, but no subset of those divisors sums to the number itself).

No, Amos, Slag and the Guest are not necessarily bad at math. They are just demonstrating that ego-driven blinkers don't allow for much cogitation.

You are raising suspicions about your own lack of skill at math, Amos? Why?

Okay, Amos. If you're good at math, solve the problem outlined here. There's a prize, and I'll let you keep half of it if you solve it.

Look at the recent examples of botched arithmetic, LH.

999... Crabs? Of course. I live 20 minutes from the Atlantic ocean. Crabs, lobster, shellfisf, macreaux (ah, if you pronounce that one in Shaques the right way and wink there were no crabs involved).
