While listening to the local NPR station here in Charlotte, NC, a "public service" (???) message came on from the NC Tea Party that said the following: "We don't care if you know anything about the candidates or his positions get out there and vote"...

Wish I had made this up but, sadly, I didn't...

Hmmmmmmmm??? Think this explains a lot...

The tea party is trying to do more things to seem less partisan. But their only goal is dissing democrats and electing Republicans.

Nice the one pdq......I hope you're right and that they can really defeat the political power brokers.

But its going to be tough with the entrenched views of "liberal" America, and most of the media demonising conservative ideas.

If anything is to change people must unite over the big issues.
In America, there will never be a popular "revolution" from the left.

No-one is demonizing conservative ideas among the TeaBaggers- its the fact that they HAVE no real ideas whatsoever worth a damn- its all slogans, bumper stickers and fatuous, impractical nonsense. That's one of their more endearing qualities.

"Tea Party supporters ...are the American people."

Then its a real case of "God Save America"

That kind of malevolence undoubtedly tranfers itself into his everyday interactions which probably limits him to friends who share a bond of hate rather than love.

If he even has more than 3 great friends I would be surprised.

Bobert, I have been waiting 12 years to get hooked up with a good animater or strong writers. Times runnin out. The doc says so far I'm still at the atypical cell stage. So if anything is gonna happen it best happen now.

btw I do have 4 half brothers I have never met. Stranger things have happened.

Tea Partiers seem to be people who don't like to pay taxes. Well that's not true. Nobody LIKES to pay taxes, anymore than women like going to the gynecologist. Both are disagreeable necessities.
