Well Keith, whether one has strongly disagreed with you, strongly disagreed, or like me, tried to keep out of many of the contentious threads, etc. I think one thing I can say with certainty is that you’ve been quite a character here for a long while.

I was driving to and from Hertford last week and i thought of 'Shanty Keith' and how welcoming you were to me around the turn of the millennium and how you graciously attended and performed at Cyril Tawney's evening in St Albans.
