Hello Catters.... Feel I would like to share my good news with you all.
Yesterday after five years of waiting, I got the all clear, after chemotherapy and radiation tretment for breast cancer. I feel like im floating on air, and nothing will get in my way of enjoying my second chance at life....bring it on...lol.

Congratulations lassie at last two bits of good news in two days My Sister in Law had her mastectomy several years ago, recently they found a small lump again unfortunately the first two biopsys were inconclusive but we got word last night that she is clear, so I will rejoice for both of you.

Great news!

I can't imagine being held in suspense for five years. I had a tumor in my neck a couple of years ago, and underwent some serious radiation and chemotherapy, simultaneously.

"Head-and-neck" cancers are unlike others in several ways. Because there are so many different anatomical systems, and so many nerve endings, in that part of the body, treatment is more debilitating than most other cancer treatment regimes. The good news. on the other hand, is that you can be given an "all-clear" much sooner than in the case of other kinds of cancer. I only had to wait one year to be officiallly pronounced OK.

Again, good news, and good luck. "Yippie!!" indeed!
