Subject: BS: Have a Joyful Season
From: Jerry Rasmussen
Date: 15 Dec 05 - 09:51 AM

My wish is that in all the turmoil, chaos, confusion and suffering of these days that you may find some joy as well. Take pleasure in your friends and family in whatever gatherings you may have, for whatever reason. And while Peace On Earth may be an unrealistic wish, may you find peace in your mind and heart. May you
be released from whatever doubts, anxieties and fears that may haunt your days and may your heart be at rest. May you know a healing of whatever wounds you bear, whether they be physical, mental or spiritual. May we see the good in each other, and encourage each other to grow in love and understanding. May no one spend their days alone, if they have a hunger for friendship and family. And may those who chose to be alone find their own pleasures in each day.

I send these good wishes out to my good friends here on the Cat... jimmyt, Peace, Joe Offer and His Clones, Sorcha, amalina, Tami Bill, Colin, Terry, Sussex Carole, Bill D, Amos, Wolfgang and Art Thieme
and to Martin, Shambles and our Guests, and far too many others to name.

May all these things know no season.

Jerry

Jerry, I don't think anyone's ever said it better!
I wish the same for you and for everyone else. Kindness, respect, and love are all gifts you can keep and still give away. May you receive in equal or greater proportion to what you give.

Thanks,Dean. You are a Prince!

I must admit, when I saw a creche a couple of years ago where everyone was a teddy bear, it kinda spoiled the effect. Baby teddy? Awww,, how cute..

But then, my wish goes out to all and has nothing to do with shared beliefs. Just shared humanity. (Teddy bears not included.)

Why now?

why not have a joyful season every season? why do we have to pour it out now? It's really quite too predictable.

It should be no different in the spring or any other season. for me winter sucks, really.

so, have a nice season, and then have a nice spring also. If this is the season for giving, what does that make the other seasons?

People always swear that they're going to carry the spirit of this season into the New Year, but it sure seems to wear off quickly.
Maybe we're going at loving the wrong way?

Either that or they drink it all...
