From: Reinhard Date: 01 Oct 23 - 03:18 PM This thread originally was meant to list songs associated with the month of October ie: (A) Any songs with October in the title (B) Any songs with an October date given in the lyrics (C) Any songs referencing an event that is known to have occurred in October even if the lyrics do not actually say so. What does the fact that the composer or the singer of a song was born or died or took a dump in October has to to with the song being catalogued as an October song? If you take this as a criterium then you can add any existing song to any of the month threads which makes this whole operation completeley meaningless. And I do *not* want you to link to any Mainly Norfolk pages to this travesty. |
