BS: Printer: Mismatched Paper Size ??

Subject: BS: Printer: Mismatched Paper Size ??

My HP printer is new and I haven't had a problem until now.

Suddenly it will not let me switch from Card Copy to Document- even though I have never used Card Copy with this machine.

Anybody have an idea?

Are you changing the settings on the software in the computer? Is this a multi-feature machine with printer and scanner? Are you using it to scan documents (and it wants to scan cards instead of letter-sized pages)?

Have you done the usual reset things like unplug it and plug back in, turn off the computer and turn it back on then restart the HP printer utility?

What kind of printer (ink jet or laser)? What model (number)?
