Okay, it wasn't the doc but two young 'n pretty nurse practioners and they ordered up some blood work and I got word while I was on the road that I need to get weekly B-12 shots for the next month and then get 'um once a month... I was driving a bigass truck on windy mountain roads when they called and so I din't really get the full scope of what is what... So... ...what is what??? Someone in Mudville knows... I heard that these shots is like speed??? Is that right??? I don't like speed... Did it once and hated it... Up for two days and then crashed for another two... So what's the deal with B-12??? B~ |

A little pain isn't worth the problems you're gonna have if you don't get the shots. Like without the shots you could get the trots, the flamin' swampies, clap, syph, snoo, yaws, rickets, hemorrhoids, pimples on yer backside, and...well, I knew one guy who had that deficiency and ended up with a problem even Viagra couldn't fix. Poor guy ended up down in the Delta singing the Blues outside a cheap juke joint, unable to afford even a cheap joint. Just get the damn shots, will ya? |

Vitamin B12 does not act like a stimulant as does caffiene or steroids. It gives you the strength that you would normally have if you did not have the defficiency. In my case it cured my anemia. If your doctor says take it heed his or her advice and you will be better off for it. |

Once that little situation got correctorcated I figured that I'd just stay off pills 'cept baby asprin and reflux pill... Now I got this... The P-Vine, of course, is ready to put me back on the 20 pills a day regiment... Which will give me the poops again... This is some messed up stuff... If the B-12 pills id cool then I'd take them rather than gettin' shots but fir now, it's the shots... Maybe all this stuff will make more sense down the road... B~ |

I use it all the time when I've had more'n one beer or one glass of wine in a day (which has been known to happen).
