This film made by Kate Maddison on a budget of £25,000.00, charts the life and death of the parents of Aragorn. It is a phenominal piece of cinema considering the budget. Highly skilled work which deserves great aclaim IMHOP. It's an hour long and so true to the Peter Jackson style of the LoTR. Even if you are not a fan it is worth watching for the hour just to the skills used.

If it is anything like Lord of the Rings, I won't bother.

And Lord of the Rings is fiction not folklore.

Well Bert.....you are quite right about fiction, so I'll give you a point for that. The issue is not particularly whether you like LoTR or not, it is the question of the quality and skill of the production considering the small budget and use of "small time" actors.That is why I wrote. "Even if you are not a fan it is worth watching for the hour just to see the skills used". OK?

I'll watch it tomorrow, Eric. I was okay with LoTR, but not crazy about it. I do appreciate the excellent work, though.
