BS: Out of sync'

A couple of the U Tube video clips I have downloaded have the speech out of sync' with the picture. This can be adjusted when playing with SMPlayer, but adjusted clip cannot be saved. Does anyone know of a piece of free software that will make this adjustment and allow it to be saved?

I'm finding of late that most of the "You Tube" stuff I go to is out of sink. I just finished going over all the blue clickies that catspaw49 posted on the thread "Jukebox Memories" are out of sink. Maybe it is our computers but I'm not so sure.

Sync' (for synchronisation, synchronism or synchrony) is as outdated as 'bus for omnibus.

Sorry I can't help you with U Tube. I remember when we thought we were lucky with a 300 baud teleprinter attached to the computer.

But Sync - with or without the apostophe - is still an acceptable abbreviation, as is bus and chara.
