Down past The Old Hall,
Along by the stream.
That's where I go when
I'm wanting to dream.

Lying in meadowgrass,
Eyes to the sky.
Watching the insects
all fluttering by.

Running my fingers,
Through meadowgrass cool.
Sleeping the afternoon
Down by the pool.

Dreaming of better days,
There whilst I nod.
Knowing I'm loved by
A wonderful God.
