I've been having phone scanning some of the photos that have been taken over the years of life at Robinhood Farm in Maine. Here's a set of images on my Facebook page that trace the history of the lower barn from 1939 to 2004: Click here for Facebook link

The barn used to be the headquarters of our dairy operation. More recently it is a boat and tractor storage area as well as a place for special events and recording.

Cheerily,
Charley Noble

It was fun following the renovation process as given in your photos, Charley. Are you saying that you are using it as a recording studio now?

Ebbie-

Recording is one of its many functions. We used it for recording Roll & Go's latest CD titled Look Out! and the space worked very well. What was interesting is that there was enough space so that all six of us could form a circle facing one another with the recording mics.

No doubt the resident mice were amused.

Cheerily,
Charley Noble

Music calms the savage beast, they say.

I know not about beasts, but "Music hath charms to soothe the savage breast."
