A musician friend has asked me to help him find the lyrics to an old piece called Sandy River Belle. We know there are lyrics, because he knows one verse; anybody have others?

I'm embarrassed to say that I don't remember them. I hadn't thought of that song for years, and a fellow at the Museum of Appalachia Homecoming asked me about them. When he asked me, I could remember a line or two, but now, after five full days of performing, I have sung so many verses that I can't recall the part of the verse that I remembered. Dale's on the case, too, and I'll email him in a few days to see if he remembers any. Thanks.

Hey Bill - How was the Homecoming? Acting on 'Spaw's recommendation, I went up there back in July and absolutely loved the place. Fantasized for awhile about making it back to Homecoming, but it just wasn't in the cards for this year.
