The first version of the photo, if you change the url from kumbaya2.jpg to kumbaya.jpg, says Kumbaya, dammit!, a phrase joked around with on the Dean blog.

Yes, they were taken at different locations, as each were on their own campaigns, the photos put together, so they were not really playing the same tune/song.
