When I was a teenager, I heard Maddy Prior (with Tim Hart) singing The Horn of the Hunter and asked her where she got it from. She gave me Geoff Wood's address and he sent me a tape of his field recordings - including Squire Sands. Looking at Mick's website many decades later I've at last found out what all the place names are and how they're spelt! Kitty |
