Subject: RE: BS: Complete Silliness From: dianavan Date: 17 Aug 06 - 07:11 PM I watched and kept waiting for the funny part. Maybe if they were my kids I'd think it was funny but... |

Subject: RE: BS: Complete Silliness From: Sorcha Date: 17 Aug 06 - 07:51 PM I just found it rather dumb and stoopid. Oh well. |

Subject: RE: BS: Complete Silliness From: Stilly River Sage Date: 17 Aug 06 - 08:03 PM The remarks after are rather telling about the lowest common denominator of the audience--too bad. These kids did a cute send-up of the song. |

Subject: RE: BS: Complete Silliness From: sian, west wales Date: 18 Aug 06 - 10:52 AM Weird. I've been listening to BBC Radio 4 and they were just talking about this site. I thought Pancakes was cute. OK - British, so the pancakes aren't going to get you through a tough day chopping down Giant Redwoods, but someone's had fun ... sian |

Subject: RE: BS: Complete Silliness From: LilyFestre Date: 18 Aug 06 - 10:56 AM I still think it was funny and it's too bad that you can't see the humor in it....silliness is for everyone and laughing is good for the soul. :) While this isn't comedy central, it IS a good example of kids doing something somewhat creative on their own instead of hanging out in front of the television all day or doing drugs or something else that was stupid. And Sian said it well, someone's had some fun! :) Michelle |
