Muskogee, Oklahoma has hired a Republican to sweep the cigarette butts off their municipal parking lots! Time to panic, folks. Could this be the end of the Democratic Party in the USA? Could it be the end for Obama? ;-) Has DougR been informed? Has Ron Davies pointed out why it doesn't matter and why it indicates nothing relevant at all? Has anyone documented the reasons why it happened and what it all means?

My God, I am sooo upset about this! I couldn't even eat at lunchtime.

Fret not, LH...in Oklahoma these days, you MUST be a Republican to do anything more than breathe in & out....and Democrats are allowed only one inhale for each two exhales.

Oklahoma has two of the worst Senators anywhere...one of them is barely qualified to sweep the parking lots!

Well, I think it's great that someone finally found a government job a Republican do without starting a war, destroying the environment, wrecking the economy, releasing thousands of institutionalized mental patients into the streets, or shooting a lawyer with birdshot. He may still be subject to choking on pretzels, but only time will tell.

I used to live in Waggoner, the next town over from Muscogee. Remember that old song, I'm Proud to be an Okie from Muscogee? Well, that's what it's really like there.
