These has been some discussion about Second Life here. I am quite surprised at just how far such a concept can go - so, I booked a one hour gig at 8 PM SL Time (US West Coast Time which is 11 PM Mudcat Time) for Monday April 9th in The Merry Prankster. If you want to get an idea of what SL is about, come on by.

Yes, CarolC. The group is Merry Prankster. I guess everyone calls it Prankster, but the actual location name is Basilisk (142,16,85).

To any one coming on, once you are on SL, Search under Events and specify Live Music (via the plull down). SCroll down to 8 pm, and when you click on it, it will open a box with a Telepot button. Easy as pie.

Well, I missed the gig (working late), but I ran into Mr. Ditty after he finished and we had a little chat. That was fun.

It seems like a nice venue (lots of blues there, apparently).
