Subject: BS: Wales/England /Scotland smoking From: greg stephens Date: 25 Apr 07 - 10:23 AM The banning of smoking in pubs in Wales and Scotland, but not England, has presumabbly created some deliberate cross border traffic, of smokers crossing to more liberal England and non-smokers going the other way. Can anybody in those regions confirm anecdotally or any other way that this is happening? |
