Like Penny, I use Microsoft Photo Editor. I find it easy to use.

Refreshing this to say thanks for these suggestions. I'm heading to a friend's house this evening to help him post some of a collection to eBay. Alas, it is time to pay the taxes and they have been under-employed. Sad days, but at least there will be affordable software! I've downloaded IRFANVIEW for him to try.

I was helping a friend with some eBay stuff earlier this week and watched him use a software (free download) called JPEG Resizer. Looks fast and easy. Find it here:
