I think I agree with the innocent user. A stick and a wet piece of clay was perhaps an improvement over a rock and a chisel, but these newfangled inventions (first rolls? - - - and now "books?") merely add a lot of extraneous and superfluous petty "decoration."

It's probably all attributable for the insationable need of corrupt corporations to push their advertising in front of you.

Kat, John in Kansas has already done several simplified manuals--nearly every time I have to learn a new piece of software!

I am SO glad for the poor Help Desk victim that the new "book" didn't have any pictures--not even to mention (gasp!) MAPS! (Sorry, they're my least favorite thing to proofread or work with.)
