Hollywood Action Heroes of a 'certain age' usually need between 2 to 4 months
of intensive diet and fitness training to struggle to get into lean muscular shape
for their next multi million $$$ paycheck.


How long do you need to get that fit ?

Bruce seems to always look good-his latest movie as hero John McLane, got pretty good reviews. The Die Hard was 20 years ago-darn good shootem-up.

Love Bruce-he has 2 most important characteristics, a good sense humor & doesn't take himself seriously. Plays a pretty good harmonica too.

Trying to think of guys who get seriously out of shape..........

I'm sure a lot of actors use drugs to get them looking "big". I believe Hollywood hasn't introduced a drug testing programme yet!
