Too cold for you? Well you could always move out to the west coast, like too many retirees from the hinterland of the rest of Canada, to someplace like Victoria. The temperature there rarely dips below freezing during the winter, let alone in the middle of summer.

I have a friend who moved here from Cape Breton. She always refered to the Island here as Cookie Island, so I guess for some, depending on where you are coming from, it could be considered pretty sweet.

Ah... we have weather too Peace, but it comes in the form of hurricane force winds and rain cut on the bias and large trees falling on your house. LOL

And when I mention large trees, I mean really big trees, not the little pencils and peckerwood that the rest of you guys call forests. Of course they do contribute to another season we have on this coast, which lasts from the end of October until the end of April. Its called Gloom.BG
