The Council are apparently looking a little 'flushed' over it all...but a spokesperson said it is just a 'flash in the pan'. Some parents have been driven 'round the bend' with having the children at home. One parent said she is completely 'bogged' down and unable to go to work as a result.

Good ol' Severn Trent, nice to see they're buggering things up over your way too.

This week we had a main sewer break a few hundred yards from the main street of our town. The smell was awful, but worse was the sight of a good few inches of 'brown' water running like a river down into the main shopping area! The lady pedestrian who got splashed by a passing car was not impressed !!!

One of their main Pumping Stations is in our village and has been leaking and running down the main road for the best part of 20 years.

We now look on it as our very own Severn Trent Water Feature.
