I have no experience, but my impression is they don't use recipes, even though they call it cooking.

There is currently much controversy surrounding the issue of distributing crack pipes to users in the city of Ottawa. A newly elected mayor rescinded the previous council's policy of providing crack pipes to addicts as a means of reducing harm in the form of Hepatitis C and AIDS. The Liberal provincial government pulled an end around the municipality and reinstated the program to much bleating and spewing of the usual right wing rhetoric from the mayor. Political theater in a city in which that is the popular form of entertainment.

I once attended a lecture on the application of finite element analysis in the study of crack propagation in above ground ferrous pipes subject to large temperature variations given by a professor emeritus from The University of Chile. Couldn't understand a word he said. It was either the accent or he was smokin somethin.
