What are plans for places that are threatened with tornadoes, severe thunderstorms, flash floods etc. today..which seems like much of the midwest..are primaries extended in these cases? Or tough luck? mg

you write your preferences down, tie them to a rock, and throw them to someone in the 'safe' zone....thus the phrase "casting a ballot".
