Subject: On hearing the first 'White Christmas' of 1999 From: Penny S. Date: 14 May 99 - 06:40 PM I did, today, in our wonderful new shopping mall, there it was filling up the corner decorated with star maps under a deep blue dome with glittery points in. Usually they play things like Cleo Laine singing Shakespeare in that spot, but today, on the 14th May, it was white Christmas. |
