The movie idea thread kinda petered out so.

Book ideas:

A Travel Guide to the planet Wowyuck : its customs and practices. The book is written for alien travelers who visit Earth and need to know the pitfalls and fantastic resources our planet has to offer. (Douglas Adams would understand)


The Secrets of Hometown USA
The scandels, secrets and heavenly spots of small towns and cities.
Things like where the nuclear waste is kept as well as the artesian springs are all fair game. (I get to do Buffalo)

A Travel Guide to the planet Wowyuck has a wonderful platform to view all of Earth's history from a revisionist "objective" point of view.
The Chapter on Evading Wowyuck Defences would be apt for a Trekie writer to go wild.

The Wowyuck from Above companion piture coffee table book would include various past and future Wowyuck zoom in close ups since many travelers may have the new 4th dimensional hyper drive.

From orbit, travelers were known to say WOw but when they got down to our streams they said yuck

Google finds on 4 occurrences of WOWYUCK and 2 of them are at Mudcat. (Probably this thread was scanned twice.)

Maybe some explanation would be in order.

I've been wanting to write something about the Yeahbutz...catchword of a Nation...the "amen" of the United State of Take No Responsibility. The dialogue would be easy to write:

"Joey, did you hit your sister?"

"Yeahbut.."

"Just answer the question!"

"Yeahbut, she hit me first!"

etc. ad nauseum
