BS: New baseball book

Ok- this is a little of admitted shameless promotion. But if any of you Yankees/Red Sox fans (or just baseball fans) are looking for a great little book, Richard Bradley's The Greatest Game is a wonderful read. Ostensibly its about the one game 1978 playoff between the two teams (Bucky Dent!). But in truth, it really captures the rivalry between the two teams, the rise of free agency, the emotions of some of the key men from both teams-Gossage, Yaz, Guidry, Lynn, Dent, and the way the game has changed so much from that time to now. I know the author, but honestly, I did enjoy the book. And Red Sox fans-just because the Yanks won, does not mean you should avoid it-in fact it really made me understand that Red Sox team more than I ever knew.

It sounds like something my brother-in-law would enjoy. He was a catcher for the Torento BlueJays. I'll try to find him a copy. Thanks.
