I don't own one but I know people who use one for their tee shirts. Do you own a pro model. If so I am guessing the problem is a vista driver. Go to the website and download the latest driver. My friend did that and solved their issues. About all the help I can give you.

Olddude: Many thanks. I had downloaded the Vista patch but it hadn't been very successful. Fortunately my partner, Mick, has solved the prob. I know not how!

Sorcha: It's a craft cutting machine, the larger version also prints T-shirts etc. I only have the diddy one though.
