By Friday California needs 7 billion dollars or go bankrupt.

New York is actually in worse shape than California.

Who will buy California?

The House of Saud and the Carlyle Group could make an offer of 1.2 Trillion dollars and purchase       Allahfornia.

A consortium of Kuwait, the United Arab Emirates and Quatar and China could buy New York to relieve trillions of dollars in debts Wall Street left behind.

What New York will be called is up in the air.
