I received a card in the mail recently containing information about the Northeast Louisiana Celtic Festival (NELA) in Monroe, Louisiana.
The festival is coming up this weekend, October 25th & 26 - Saturday and Sunday - ALL WEEKEND. Here's the skinny:

Where: Hamilton Expo Center, West Monroe, Louisiana
When: October 25 and 26
Cost: very reasonable (a nice way of saying that I don't know)
Lodging: plenty

Adult: $10 per day, Active military, senior citizens(65+), & college students: $5.00 w/ ID per day. Children under 12 are free and must be accompanied by an adult. Sounds like a bargin to me, especially after looking through their web site. It sure looks like a lot of fun.
