Subject: Folk Teas, anyone? From: Harmonium Hero Date: 22 Oct 08 - 09:47 AM I've just been posting some details on my Permathread, and noticed at the bottom, under the message space, a Google Ad for Folk Clothing, which includes 'Folk Teas' Anyone ever worn one? I've heard it said that "...he was wearing his dinner jacket; you could see his dinner all down the front", but this is a new one. John Kelly. |

Subject: RE: Folk Teas, anyone? From: GUEST,Jonny Sunshine Date: 22 Oct 08 - 01:45 PM I get similar things when I log into Myspace, except it's spelled "Folk Colthing". Much as I love folk music, it's the last place I'd look for fashion inspiration.. |

Subject: RE: Folk Teas, anyone? From: Jim Dixon Date: 23 Oct 08 - 07:41 AM My father used to drink sassafras tea every spring. He said it "thinned the blood." I suppose that was folklore. I rather liked the stuff. Sassafras is one of the ingredients of root beer. Do you suppose they meant t-shirts with a folk theme? |
