BS: Campaign contributions revealed -yours?

We know that the campaigns are required to file info on who has given them money, but I didn't realize till today that one can easily look up that data by zip code, name, city...etc.

Huffington Post has it linked to Google Maps. I don't know who else may have done something similar.

You can just go to a specific area code and zoom in and see examples, or you can look up specific names and addresses if you know them.
For example here is an area near me.

Before anyone gets all huffy about Huffington, remember that it IS publicly available information. They even have a link to the 2004 data.

That could be a bit scary, if you have neighbours who look this up and don't like people who like people they don't like...

They don't have me listed, yet, but like Kendall, I don't care if they do know.
