A bill is being shoved through Congress that will grant Bush and the Bush administration immunity for any war crimes or acts of torture in the past.

Yes it is that old -- the clip was posted on YouTube October 28, 2008 so I assumed it was current. Sheesh, I think the Senate passed it.

As long as the US wins the war, and there's no way their enemies can capture them, there's little chance they will be labled War Criminals by the greater international community.
          Isn't Margaret Thatcher considered to be guilty of War Crimes in Argentina?

You have all got it wrong. "Left wing" thugs like Milosevic, Karadzic and Pol Pot deserve to be brought to trial to account for their atrocities. The General Francos, Pinochets and George Bush's of this world become "venerable old gentlemen" and are thus above the law. You are only a "criminal" if you steal so little, or kill so few that you can still be brought to book.
