Years ago I had a book of Nostradamus' predictions for the future, which seems to have gone missing from the bookcase.

In all his veiled, rambling sayings, did Nostradamus make any allusions to Obama's historical ascendency ??   (For those of you Mudcatters that are into such things)

I recall some interpretations that Nostradamushe predicted that the world would end somewhere around 2013 (as opposed to the more popular Dec. 21, 2012 ending, noted by many prominent world-enders). I suspect the December date is much too early after the Nov. election, and before a new President would take office in January, 2013 (suposing were not Obama).

Here is a potential scenario. Palin wins the next election over Obama. She takes office in January, starting a chain of events in early 2013 known by Mudcatters as "The End Of The World As We Know It"

Those who are "into such things" are busy reinterpreting all the ramblings right now, and no doubt will soon FIND the relevant passages.

Nostradamus is like the bible....you can find anything you want with a little creative reading.

And then there is Nostrildamus. He's the Brooklyn plastic surgeon who refused to work on Barbara Streisand.

He must have been the one who separated those well known conjoined twins Streisand and Manilow.

Seems they were joined back to back, and were the inspiration for the invention of the pickaxe

They were indeed separated at childhood. But, because their parents didn't have medical insurance, the doctors just sewed 'em back together.
The pickaxe came after they invented the reverse, two-man railroad pump car.
