OK, so Utah Phillips, Indiana Jones, Tennessee Williams ( and Ernie Ford )----who else with a State in their name ?? (real or fictional).I expect there are are loads, but not being American,or having been there, I just don't know !

There's Minnesota Fats, but I think he is (or at least originally was) a fictional character.
(I think there may be a real one who took his name from the movie "The Hustler.")

Another fictional character is Nevada Smith,

If we think of all the women named Virginia, we can add lots to the list. E.g.,
