Subject: BS: Sometimes it's hard to find sympathy From: Comrac (troll alert contact max) Date: 19 Dec 08 - 12:59 PM TV presenter Anthea Turner's husband has just handed over his property empire to the bank before they took it off him.. Grant Bovey's Imagine Homes, once Britain's largest buy-to-let business, has been taken over by HBoS. I recall a television interview with him a few months back when a young lady asked him was his company in financial trouble ? He replied in a very arrogant and nasty manner saying "I will have you know dear, I am sitting in our £5million chateau in Megeve in the Alps. I will sue anyone who says that Imagine Homes is in financial difficulty. Mr Bovey added he hoped for a £1billion turnover this year. I find it hard to have sympathy for anyone who had so much money and couldn't live a happy life on it, greed sets in and no matter how much they have, it is never enough. His company had a turnover of £53million for the financial year to spring 2007, down £3million on the previous year. But documents show it made a loss of £6,429,926, after a loss of £2,816,807 the previous year. I Mr Bovey left the mother of his three girls for Ms Turner. Goes to show there is no accounting for taste ! |
