I couldn't find any lyrics, but I gathered this much information:

SONG OF THE SEA
Words, Arthur Wimperis. Music, Eduard Künneke.
From the operetta "Song of the Sea" (1928)—which was an adaptation of a German operetta called "Lady Hamilton" (1926).

Sung by Stanley Holloway on the albums "Pick Oop Tha Musket" (1993), "Best of Stanley Holloway" (2002) and "Penny on the Drum" (2006).
