BS: Free Guided Imagery Tapes

I have been cleaning out going through cassette tapes, and found some I would like to give away. I listened to them prior to, during, and after heart surgery, but only one of them is heart specific and that one doesn't even involve surgery, just a healthy heart. They are all by Belleruth Naporstek. Here's what I have:

Healthy Heart;

Ease Pain;

and, two cassette for Successful Surgery.

They are all good and were very helpful in keeping me focussed on the positive and away from panic attacks. I wuld keep a couple of them, but when I try to listen to them, now, her voice is so distinctive it takes me back to pre-surgery, scary days and I just cannot listen to her voice. It just doesn't work for me any more. NOt her fault, she's good; maybe it's a bit like PTSD for me.:-)

Anyway, I hope someone/ones can put these to good use...I will pay postage. (Of course, I hope none of you need the surgery one, but just in case you may know someone else and the odds are and all that.:-)
