Yeah, quite agree; after all you can't let your lives be ruled by the likes of that unstable little 11-year-old in West London who tried to top herself a few years ago when her classsmates called her 'Big Fat Rosie' after the hilarious character in a kid's programme who jumped in a swimming pool and emptied all the water.

It sounds as if they will no longer be allowed to talk about 'Fat Paul' - presumably it might upset listeners named Paul who happen to be a little overweight.
From now on he will be known as 'Paul Blocker' [= 'Paul who blocks out the light'?]
