Subject: Lyr Req: I'll have a leak with you my dear From: Weasel Date: 24 May 09 - 07:22 AM Does anyone here know the song which begins sounding for all the world like a serious song of Welsh pride and in particular pride in the Leek, the Welsh national emblem, but which, in the last line, throws off its Trojan Horse disguise and reveals itself as a comedy song, the last line being the above quoted "I'll have a leek with you my dear if you'll have a leek with me" |
