The esteemed Member of Parliament has self-diagnosed OCD (Obsessive Compulsive Disorder) as the reason for his claiming over £8000 for a TV.
I think this diagnosis may be inaccurate and that he is actually suffering from GBS..............Greedy Bastard Syndrome.
