Thursday eveing I received a call from a telemarketer, probably Indian. He spoke incredibly fast and was incredibly rude when I tried to figure out what he wanted. Finally I said "Not interested" and hung up.
Today he called back. This time he asked for a Thomas Somebody. I said "You have the wrong number" and hung up. Three seconds later the phone rang again and he asked for me. When I said that he had called here yesterday and I was not interested, he spoke OVER me in a loud commanding voice. I went on and said I am on the no call list. Do not call here. He said "Oh" and I hung up.
A Google search shows that this nuisance seems to be replacing the car warranty nuisance. Anyone else getting the calls?
One more reason to kill my land line.

My neighbor had a similar experience on Thursday and Friday. Is this confined to Maine????

These kind of calls come and they go.

India ... if you ever fly Air Canada and they lose you luggage ... if you are frustrated after 24 hours and no feedback and you go call their lost baggage number ... it's India, and believe me these guys don't know English .... had a very frustrating experience regarding this. Eventually drove to the Airport, to have this resolved.
