Why is it that when you see somebody who you haven't seen for a very long time, they always say "You haven't changed a bit". They are just lying bastards. When they get home, they look at each other and say "Don't think he's got much time left on this earth - didn't he look aweful"

We don't age, they just make guitars heavier these days and not as loud so you can't tune them as easy. And the mics are made higher. They use to be the right height for singing but now we have to sit down and adjust them. And some darn fool keeps changing the words to the songs we use to sing all the time. I have to stop and think of the "new lyrics" and look at my sheet while before the old words were just in my memory. The even did that to some of my own songs that I wrote .. the bastards!
