On Freeview [UK] a relatively new channel's been added, RT or Russia Today - there's a good amount of info from the wide diversity of Russian republics & former eastern bloc countries, including a fair bit of folk music & dancing.

Anyone else watched - views?

I have Sky, and it's been on there a while. I haven't watched it since March 2007, when it was covering the mine explosion my husband was killed in, and I was at the time unaware that he had died, as "the British man" had not been identified.

Kinda put me off a bit, but yes, it does cover all sorts of things.

It's 512 on Sky, and yes thanks, I'm fine, although I sometimes think I may still be suffering from shock! The last couple of years have flown by.
